In the beginning of 2012, I made a switch. I was ready for growth. A change in something I knew was going to be better. I was seeking a new avenue in my services as a hair stylist. I wanted to be a small help of a person in commiting to what was well said.

Thats when I found Paul Mitchell Systems. I LOVED how they were global and local. They are a USA made product that is commited to their stylists, the envirement, animals and much more. They have nothing but everything to give back to the world! When I read just all that they were encouraging to be a part of, I fell in love. I had found it! The company that I wanted to brag about and say with confidence that I was a part of. Even if in such a minesule way.
I'm Branden Elde, a born and raised Alaska Native.
I'm a Paul Mitchell Stylist and as of 2016, a JPMS National Educator.

All retail home care items are non-returnable non-refundable. We can not accept any products that have been sold even if unused. This is for the safety of health and sanitation. Be Salon and Skincare will exchange any defected or recalled Paul Mitchell Systems products. Please contact us via phone, text or email.
Do you provide International delivery?
There's plenty of international Salons in the Paul Mitchell website search that would be a little closer than Alaska.
If you really did want or need me to ship a product for you, I would. The Shipping rate + item expense would be calculated at the buyers expense.
How do I return an item?
All product sales are final. Unless the item has been recalled or defective. Please contact us asap if you believe that you have purchased a defective product. This helps us maintain quality control. You will need your reciept for proof of purchase.
What is your returns policy?
If the services provided were not met there is a
re-application and appointment for your services. We do not issue money returns. If you are unhappy with your hair or skincare services BE Salon & Skincare is more than willing to accomidate. Your self confidence is a part of our reputation. We strive to provide the best knowledge and care in the industry.
How do I track my order?
If you purchase any of our products online we will email you a tracking slip from USPS. Mostly in Alaska we use flat rate for our items as shipping is a little higher than average.
What are your delivery options?
We use USPS. If you are in the Anchorage area you can do an in studio pick-up. I will accept payment of credit card by phone. This option is only for existing and Alaska guests. It's also for the instance that we may be out of the salon or spa.
